Al-Ahli plastic factory was established in 1979. With the high standard of our staff, our firm has been achieving a healthy growth. Today our firm is one of the major Plastics processing companies in the kingdom. The long term thinking of our management shifted us from a production-oriented firm to a marketing oriented firm. This has by time earned us more customer satisfaction and trust.
Being a marketing oriented firm is not an easy task; it required some 70 heavy, medium and light sophisticated machinery, with three main lines of production. Injection and blow moulding and thermoforming, and an annual production capacity of over 12,000 tones of finished products. The high standard of our technical staff is one of our major assets; we have around 350 employees varying from engineers to technical specialists to quality management and individual
labor, as well as the constant improvement of our production philosophy to
fulfill our marketing strategies. We also have two lines of printing for out finished products (silkscreen and offset machines) as well as a recycling section.
To help us on our constant development, heavy investment was made in the tools in the workshop to maintain our moulds, and also to the advantage of our marketing strategy, the workshop designs and manufactures moulds of new products, and improves existing ones.
APF produces a wide range of plastic products such as industrial containers, spacers, buckets, Jerry cans, dustbins as well a variety of household items, industrial containers and bottles of different sizes and shapes. Buckets of different shapes and sizes for filling grease and paint, adhesive and flowerpots of various sizes. Over the past few years we have introduced a lot of new products over the past few years such as food boxes and, different types of plastic furniture such as garden chairs and tables. In spite of the stiff competition, APF strives to reach the top in a field where more and more companies are joining.
The high quality of our products has enabled us to expand to foreign markets and we now have clients from different countries and our exports have increased steadily over the past year. Foreign demand has enabled us to explore new markets as well compete on a different level.
With a long and vast experience and highly competitive market we are sure that we are unique to other plastic processing firms. Production is one thing... customer satisfaction is everything.
